The Osiedle Podgórze apartment is located in a unique place in Szklarska Poręba, on the red tourist trail. Convenient access from the city by road leading to Świeradów Zdrój.
The building is located by the forest wall, among meadows - you can find peace there, admiring the panorama of the Jeleniogórska Valley, Szrenica and Wysoki Kamień.
The Podgórze housing estate is an ideal starting point for skiers, as the area offers many ski routes on the Polish and Czech side of the Jizera Mountains. There are also many interesting places for hiking, Nordic walking, trekking and cycling enthusiasts.
