1-level house in Janice is a gorgeous, peaceful localization, perfect for people who want to rest in an estate surrounded by green nature.
The house contains 4 closed bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with one double bed, in which one has another extra single bed, another has an additional baby cot. Another two bedrooms possess two single beds.
In the living room there are 3 armchairs, fireplace and a dining area. Not far away there is also a furnace, next to it a fully equipped kitchenette. The place also consists with a bathroom.
The house also has a sauna ( extra costs!! ).
Colorful and joyful outside with many plants, trees and green areas, surrounded with a fence. View to an adorable small brook. A place ideal for meetings and a lot of great memories and fun.
